Judith L. Silverstein Ph.D.
Judith Silverstein is a clinical psychologist and life coach in private practice in Massachusetts. She works with individuals, couples, families and groups. Her life purpose is to empower people, ease pain and suffering, improve relationships and increase love and joy. She is a spiritual, though not religious person and very much an optimist, while appreciating the struggles and angst kids and adults endure.
Judy earned two PhD’s and has many professional accomplishments. In addition to enjoying her clinical work helping people, Judy dances (in the past she performed and competed with her husband/dance partner) and paints with oil and acrylics. She writes children’s books to offer hope and encouragement.
